Your early voting plan
Early voting runs October 13 to October 30, including two Saturdays. You can vote at any early voting location in Cobb County, whichever is most convenient.
Cobb County will publish 2026 locations and hours closer to the election. Find them on Cobb Elections or your My Voter Page.
Pick a day now and put it on your calendar. Weekday mornings usually have the shortest lines.
Your Election Day plan
Election Day is Tuesday, November 3. Polls are open 7am to 7pm. If you are in line by 7pm, you can vote.
On Election Day you must vote at your assigned polling place. Look yours up now on the My Voter Page so there's no surprise that morning.
Bring a photo ID, like your Georgia driver's license.
Your vote by mail plan
Any registered Georgia voter can vote absentee. Request your ballot at ballotrequest.sos.ga.gov. Applications are due 11 days before the election, but request early. Ballots start going out 29 days before.
Your completed ballot must be received by 7pm on November 3. Mail it at least a week ahead, or drop it at a county drop box or the elections office.
